I am glad to know about the activities of Bihar State Building Construction Corporation Ltd Patna. Design, construction, maintenance and management of a large building and providing affordable housing is a challenge today.

         The Corporation aims to construct, renovate, upgrade and maintain residential as well as non-residential govt. buildings.

           Construction of modern buildings on the basis of latest technology symbolizes State’s socio-economic prosperity. I hope the Corporation will introduce modern practices to construct signature and iconic buildings such as bunglow, flats, hospitals, health centres, school, colleges & universities, offices, engineering institutes etc.

           I wish that the Corporation also works with precast segmental construction methodology to reduce time of completion of project.

            I wish the team involved success in its pursuit.
